The content board
Next month, decided before it starts. Series, formats and concepts drawn from your pillars, laid out and approved by you. Nothing gets made off a whim, and nothing gets made twice.
Step two · the do-with-you creative partnership
Your brand is rebuilt. Now it has to go out, seven times a week, without turning into a second job.
You hold the camera. I hold everything else. The board, the storyboards, the shot lists, the direction before you film and the notes after.
You never open the app wondering what to post. It is already decided, already scripted, already approved.
$800, or $900 per month, with me editing the video
The Correspondence opens after The Full Reconstruction. Not as a rule I enjoy enforcing, but as the only way this works.
A retainer runs a system. If nobody has built the system, a retainer is just someone making posts. The ninety days are where the brand world, the pillars, the series and the calendar come from; the retainer is where they get made, week after week.
Seven posts a week, on one platform. The mix of video, carousel, photo and text depends on which platform that is.
Nothing gets made before it is approved. The month’s content board is agreed first: the series, the formats, the concepts. Then each piece comes with a storyboard and a shot list, so filming is an hour of following instructions, not an afternoon of deciding.
Everything that can be done online, I do. The only thing I need from you is the footage.
How the month runs
One 60 min strategy call a month, and async feedback between them.
Both retainers share a spine. What changes between them is who holds the camera.
Every month, in both retainers
What The Correspondence adds
Seven posts a week, on one platform, every month.
The month
The work that eats founders is not the filming. It is the deciding, the writing, the second-guessing, and the week where nothing goes out because none of it felt right.
That part is mine.
01
Next month, decided before it starts. Series, formats and concepts drawn from your pillars, laid out and approved by you. Nothing gets made off a whim, and nothing gets made twice.
02
Per piece: framing, location, outfit, expression notes. You are not inventing anything at the moment the camera turns on. You are performing something already designed.
03
A Loom walkthrough before each batch so you know exactly what we are going for, then real feedback on the raw footage. Not a thumbs up, the note that makes the next take better.
04
Hooks and captions passed on every piece, visual consistency checked against your mood board and brand world, and the calendar kept. Weekly, not monthly, so nothing drifts for four weeks before anyone notices.
That is the whole reason this tier exists. The footage of you, in your room, on a Tuesday, is worth more than anything a crew could stage, and no amount of budget buys it.
So the camera stays with you, and everything that does not need your face gets taken off your plate.
If you would rather not hold the camera at all, that is The Residency.

I cut the video pieces. You handle the static ones: carousels, photos, text posts.
Terms
Opens after The Full Reconstruction.
Every client gets the same number of hours. Where they go adapts to what you are already good at.
No. The retainer runs the system the Reconstruction builds: the brand world, the pillars, the series, the calendar. Without those I would be guessing at seven posts a week, which is exactly what you are already paying someone else to do.
Yes, because you are not making seven things a week. You are filming in batches against a shot list, and most of the seven are static pieces built from what you already said.
Expect one filming session a week, an hour or so, plus the calls.
One, chosen with you: the one where your buyers actually are. The volume stays at seven a week either way; the mix of video, carousel, photo and text changes to suit the platform.
Who cuts the video. At $800 you edit and I review everything. At $900 I edit the video pieces and you handle the static ones. Everything else is identical: board, storyboards, direction, hooks, captions, calendar, calls.
Month to month with 60 days notice. Commit for three months for roughly 5% off, six months for roughly 10%, and pay in full for a further 5% on top. The longer the commitment, the lower the price, but you are never locked into one.
If holding the camera is the thing that stops you posting, yes. The Residency is everything here plus I film, edit, and run the account, from $1500 a month.
If you are fine filming and just want the thinking taken off you, stay here. It is the cheaper path to the same output.
Bien sûr. Calls, scripts and captions can be in French, in English, or in both if your audience lives in both.
Applications
Answer these and I’ll come back to you with the next step. The Correspondence opens once The Full Reconstruction is done. If you haven’t started it, say so below and we’ll sequence the two together.
